CANCELLATION
POLICY – Refunds are
allowed with a one-week cancellation notice for daily and weekly reservations (excluding Holidays*). Deposits are not
refundable with less than a one-week cancellation notice. No-shows will also forfeit the deposit. For reservations
of one month or longer, full refund of your reservation deposit will be made for notifications made forty-five (45) days in
advance of original arrival date. For cancellations received less than forty-five days from arrival date, the deposit
amount will be held on account to be used anytime within the next 12 months.
*Refunds are allowed with a 30-day
cancellation notice for any days over holidays.
